We have optimized the processes for operating, refilling, cleaning, and maintaining the machine.
With our procedures, it can take up to 30 mins – 1 hour to refill and clean the machine.
No, our highly skilled Leasing Team will source and negotiate new leasing locations. We will work with you to find the best location possible whilst considering your locality, preferences, and circumstances.
When it comes to owning and operating a franchise, there are many factors to take into account, so we cannot predict your success with certainty. However, once you submit an application and have a meeting with us, we will provide you with Boba Machine’s historical network sales reports to aid in your preparation. It’s crucial that you speak with a financial advisor as part of your research and develop your own forecasting model and plans.
We offer a thorough 2-week training program for all new partners that involves spending at least a week in Brisbane. The extensive training covers the full operations of the machine and the overall front-to-back operations. The team will collaborate closely with you to boost your confidence as a business owner, so you can confidently operate and manage your business.
You will be assigned a highly qualified Business Development Manager who will provide ongoing support for the duration of your franchise. Additionally, you will have access to support teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Leasing.
No, you do not. However, to become a successful Boba Machine partner, you must have a passion for the brand, embody our values, and have the drive to succeed.
The Boba Machine Franchise Agreement is usually a 5-year agreement with a 5-year option.
We love the enthusiasm, and of course, we hope that you will eventually own and operate multiple machines!
However, we do require that new business partners successfully own and operate their first machine for a minimum of 6 months before acquiring additional machines.
As a new business partner, you are expected to operate and be hands-on with the machine for at least the first 6 months. This is because research has shown that owner-operated businesses tend to be the most profitable.
After this initial period, you should continue to dedicate time to the operations of your business to ensure its success.
We do not currently sell the machines outright and that is because it does require specific skillsets and training to operate, refill, clean and maintain the machines.
